After 5 years of trying my hardest to have clear water all of the time (and failing a lot!) I discovered these filters online. After a week of them being used our Vita Spa never looked so clean. Cleaning is very simple, chemical balance seems to last longer and after around 4 months of use I've had to clean the filters only twice. It really is a world class product and will save me a fortune, both in time cleaning filters, and money spent on new filters. The only thing I've done differently is to fill the hot tub an additional 10-15mm as the filters are top feed only and I needed more depth as on my machine they are quite high up near the surface (Vita Spa Cabaret 2015). I'm guessing the water will also last longer meaning less replacement and hot tub body cleaning too. It really is a win win situation!

I have been using the filters for almost a year now. The filter performance is phenomenal. The filter balls only need to be changed / cleaned every 4-5 weeks. The water is always crystal clear. - An ingenious and cost-effective product in the long run!
The customer service is also great: after the thread of one of the filter cartridges broke off when unscrewing it, it was replaced quickly and easily. Thank you very much.

I have not yet been able to test the product, but I would like to report on Mr Gruber's helpfulness.
I have an Armstark Marin 880 series, which is unfortunately not included here with the filters. Thanks to Mr Gruber's kind information, I was able to purchase an appropriate filter housing from Armstark Austria. filter housing through Armstark Austria.

Cleaned the filter balls for the first time today after 3 weeks... super easy to clean.... Balls were dirty..logo after three weeks..but cleaning is easy. the hot tubwater is wonderfully clear since then. wonderfully clear... Great thing Thumbs up ���

The filter system is the perfect solution for our hot tub. The water is now much clearer and the costs are significantly lower due to the filter balls compared to the expensive filter cartridges. lower.

In use for 4 years and very satisfied. We still use the filterballs from the first delivery. We have had the hot tubfor 6 years and never had such perfect water in the first 2 years. It has made our whirlpool life a lot easier.

Even before we switched to Ego3 filters, we had problems with biofilm and cloudy water. After detailed consultation with Mr. Gruber, we have crystal-clear water again and are thrilled with our pool and the EGO3 filters. and the EGO3 filters. Since 3 weeks cartridge filter replaced by The Ego 3 filter.
Before the 1st use, sent pictures, discussed everything with Mr. Gruber.
Bad water, turbid water, biofilm.... etc

Great filter, after initial difficulties by Aquafinesse changed to oxygen disinfection after advice from Mr. Gruber. Now wonderfully clear water with little effort for filter cleaning.

The Fibalon balls are really great in the Ego Filter. We also use the Infinitas ionizer in a swim spa. With this filter we finally have clear and and odourless water, which was never the case before with the cartridge filter and Spa balancer. Why why - no idea but we are now all very happy ....Great invention!

One more important addendum to the comment I just sent. During the entire time with our problem, which was ultimately due to the failure of the pump, we got Support regarding problem solving from Mr. Gruber (Ego3...) He was helpful with our questions!

We bought the filter balls in 2019. Stupidly, after the first use independently of the filter balls, our pump at the pool went out. The water could no longer be regulated and was cloudy. After replacing the pump, it worked again and we were able to test the filter balls for the rest of the season. This year we opened the pool season again at the beginning of June and are very satisfied with the very satisfied with the filter balls. The water is clear and cleaning the filter balls is much easier than with the previous filters. We have so far a total of 20 filter balls (alternating 2x10) in use. So the package should last for some time. So we can only recommend the filter balls.

Infinitas MB 600 hot tuband swimming pool SP2000
In the beginning with the Infinitas disinfection without chlorine I had 2 x murky water. I can only give everyone the tip to rinse the pool once before the final filling.
The sand filter in the swim spa was filled with fibalon ex works and had directly ideal water from the values and optics.
Only with hot tubthe I had to run 2 x. Now it runs hot tubwith 2 ego filters like a 1.

My wife and I have an Infinitas hot tuband with the Ego Filter and the Infinitas solution without chlorine we now have the water under control.
Super SOLUTION of the filters and without chlorine, I did not believe it, it runs splendidly.

Super genius!!
Got sick of the old lamella filters.
The balls can be cleaned super, effort is really reduced to a minimum. It seems to me that the water is "cleaner".

Many thanks in advance for the ingenious invention. I tried to integrate the filter into the running operation, but unfortunately it didn't work properly. After a water change it runs now without any problems. The amount of work is zero. The quality of the water is outstanding. I have not yet been able to achieve this with any filter. All I can do here is make a clear statement. Make a recommendation to buy. I've tried some filters but this is by far the best. Many greetings

Super filters!!! Fought with the old stuff for years and they often made us despair. Filter cleaned, pool off, cleaned again, briefly on, again off. Again 10 times new filter bought for way too much money.

Hello have the filters now for almost 2 months earlier I had also the cartridge filters and every week filters clean the expensive SpaBalancer filter cleaner
Then I got so problems with the filters could not get them clean after half a year. filter carefully taken out of the pool then I have the whole Dirt fallen back into the pool, then I made myself smart on the Internet and came across the Ego 3 filter.
The filters are top, I've cleaned them after 2 months without chemicals and the water is clean, and by the way I've switched to normal chlorine (chlorine tablets) have gotten enough from the expensive Spabalancer I always had problems with the germs since I have nothing chlorine, the filters don't clog etc. But I will switch to inorganic chlorine granulate is better to and no trichloramine is formed.
Conclusion: Filters are absolutely recommendable

We have been using the Super Filters since June and are very satisfied!
The very annoying cleaning of the cartridge filter every few days is no longer necessary.
The exchange of the filter balls is also a piece of cake.
We can only recommend these EGO3 filters to anyone who still uses cartridge filters.

I've been using the filter balls for mine hot tubfor two years. Now I have a Swimspa. Very quickly I tried to change from cartridge filters here as well and was very happy that it was the the right dimension for my pool. After the order I also received a prompt call to make sure that this filter dimension fits. Very good personal advice and good tips received, order was then very fast there.
Since I use the filter balls the water is crystal clear. Since we have very hard water, conventional cartridge filters clog almost constantly. There's a load on the pumps at the balls. After extensive children's parties, changing the filter was a dilemma. By taking out the cartridges a lot of dirt was loosened which was now back in the pool.
That doesn't exist with the filter balls either! The dirt remains in the container. In addition, the exchange is conceivably simple. I put the balls into a laundry net and wash them only with Danchlor in the Machine. There you go. All clear. And I've been doing that for two years.
Works great with Spabalancer. Once all hardeners have been filtered out of the water, it is hardly necessary to add cleaners to the water. After more than a year. Fantastic water and every water exchange is actually an overcoming because the water is better than after the fresh filling.
The purchase may seem expensive at first glance, but for me it has already paid off. Do not buy new filters. No hours of effort when replacing filters - first the Clean the pool again from dissolved dirt and then laboriously clean the lamellas, expensive filter cleaners, etc....
Less water chemistry. Longer periods of use of the water before the next exchange. Very simple pool maintenance which you can now easily do in between without having to go from the bottom to the top. to get wet and dirty. No more standing around spare cartridges because you can store the balls very easily.

The filter system is super and very easy to handle and clean.
Finally this disgusting biofilm on the water surface is gone.
I wanted to build my own skimmer system first, but your filter with the suction from above solved my problem.
Cleaning the paper filters was always a gamble and you could never be sure that the filter was clean again.
The last time I put the paper filters was 3 weeks in strongly chlorinated water.
Since the paper filter has a price of 29.95 Eur per filter, one has the additional price of the ego3 also very fast again in it.
The added value through the clearly better system: UNZAHLBAR :-)

We had a phone call recently and then I ordered two filters from you. We are the ones with the Infinitas hot tubfrom Düsseldorf from spanatural. Already after 2 filter cleanings, which you gave me at the The situation had improved considerably since the first recommendations were made. In the beginning we were very skeptical. But we've been taught better than that. The Ego3 filters work perfectly. We never clean the filters again, but only change a few every 2-3 months. Balls out. This is still much cheaper than the old filters and we have no more work. Great idea of these filters!
