Ego3 hot tub filters: a success story driven by technological innovation
The fourth year since the launch of the EGO3 hot tub filters is now coming to an end. Once again, we were able to significantly increase both revenue and the number of units sold. In Germany and Austria, we are probably already the largest supplier of hot tub filters. We would like to sincerely thank all our customers for this. In 2019, we increased revenue by another excellent 32%. EGO3 hot tub filters are now very well known on the market and across all social media and discussion forums. In addition, we are increasingly receiving international orders (including from the USA and Canada).
Thanks to our high level of customer satisfaction, development is gaining momentum.
Despite a 4-month return policy, our return rate is only an incredible 0.05%. This means that 99.95% of our customers are very satisfied with our product. EGO3 hot tub filters also receive almost 100% 5-star ratings from buyers on Trusted Shops, making them the highest-rated products.

Update 2022:
Growth has continued at the same rapid pace for our hot tub filters. The years 2020 and 2021 also brought record sales figures for EGO3 filters, with double-digit growth rates. We continued to offer our hot tub filters almost exclusively in Germany and Austria. In 2022, new webshops for the UK, Scandinavia, and Benelux are being created so that we can also be present in these markets in 2023.
